Wedding dos

This past weekend I had my second and final wedding of the Summer. I'd like to remind everyone that this past Sat was record heat of 105. My cousin's wedding was outside! If you know me, the heat + me = do NOT get along unless I'm by a pool or a beach. Everyone was profusely sweating. Even my family from St. Thomas, was not pleased. In fact, my cousin Tommy said it was, "Stupid Hot." Regardless, Katie looked beautiful. Hasan, her now husband, teared as he saw her walk up the aisle of the small meeting house (which we did not all fit). The minister did a good job to keep the ceremony moving along. We were all able to get back to the farm, where the reception was. Yay for the open bar. It was good to me. I did in fact stop drinking because I was goood. However, I do not remember everything of the night, but I remember dancing with my cousin's little girl. She was about 5ish. It was fun after all. At the end of the night, apparently people got on the shuttle to go to the after party at the hotel, and so did J and I, without S. OOOPPpppsss! He was not pleased, especially because J had the keys in her clutch. To her defense, she says he put them there and didn't tell her. Anyway, he did manage his way to come and find us and perhaps take us back to the farm and home. He wasn't happy though apparently (I don't remember this or the fact that I think I was calling him a dbag in response to his pissy mood). I felt fine the next day and S was not mad at me in the end, so it all turned out wonderfully. Bad news was, I lost my clutch and sglasses. Good news is that my clutch was found at my uncles farm under the tent. Sglasses (at this point) RIP. We had a fab 3 years together. Wedding season is complete for the season!
