A hiatus

Ok so lately I've been a little bit out of the game here. My apologies. It has been busy recently. I missed the memo that reads: "It gets crazy come April through June." Huh, oh well. It's not really even a bad crazy, or it's just that time of year where things pop-up and time usually flies.

So work: for those who have read my ranting blogs from before about the status of my job, I was relieved to find out just last week that I HAVE a JOB. Actually, it is the best case scenario. I get to stay with Kim for another year...whoop whoop. This also means I get to continue coaching.

Lax: Is going. Varsity is a young team and is going through growing pains to say the least. It's a good group of girls though, so I hope they're having fun. JV is diong well. We've won a handful of games and the girls skills are absolutely improving, so I am pleased.

As for my Summer...I am going to be doing a few Sixers bball camps with Chris and maybe one lax camp. The month of June is shot for doing anything workwise really because we end the 11th or 12th and then are expected to be available for the following week to clean/pack up. Then I'll have a Sixers camp the last week. I'm trying to find an odds and ends job in between, but honestly if I can't, I'm not upset. This might be the first Summer I can relax a bit and not work. I realize this could be complete foolishness, given my lack of money making abilities. I think after this year though, my body and mind need a bit of a break. I just bought an awesome grill that is perfect for tailgating. Anyone up for a concert or baseball game? My landlord is repainting/refinishing my deck, so it'll be perfect for the summer. I need visitors. People COME TO DROCK and visit me.
