Sleep patterns

SNOW, Snow and MORE SNOW...so no school today. Normally, most people would think that is amazing. However, today was conferences and now we have to make up 13 over the course of the next 3 weeks. Just S t re c h ing it out...not awesome. Oh did I tell you the total accumulation for today...wait for it-- 0.9 inches. Not 9 inches or the 12-24 inches we had the last 2 storms.

Another reason I am not a fan of the snow, is that it's perpetuating my always returning insomnia. Weds night I went to bed at 11-1130ish after being at one of those jewelry trunk shows with women who were constantly talking about a snow day for Thurs. So I went to sleep and woke up at 2:37am...I tried to fall back to asleep until 3am when I realized it was a lost cause. The Olympics replay from 1-5am, which was good. So yesterday, I think I fell asleep from 730pm - 830pm and then not again until 1130 or 12 and periodically woke up through out the night until 500am when the email came of no school. I have been up since. Snow gives me anxiety clearly. I also realize I was thinking of other things, but the snow is the major factor.

Sorry for the rant about snow...
