Experiment

At Redstone, a great restaurant at home in Marlton, NJ, has a drink called a Stoli Doli. I am sure this is not the only restaurant with this cocktail, but regardless it is fabulous. If you haven't figured out what the drink is, it is vodka that has been infused with pineapple for a long given amount of time. Redstone apparently has the vodka infused with pineapple for a month. I've done some reading and most say 10 days to two weeks. Due to my love for both pineapple and vodka, I am trying to make it myself. I have been inspired by my friends who are brewing beer and wine, so why not try it with hard alcohol too? So we're only on day 3, but I'm hoping this turns out well. Worst comes to worst, I can just add some pineapple juice when making a cocktail. So I'll need some people to help me out drinking this in 10ish days. Who's down?
